maxill occupies the former DELPHI Plant # 45 located at 181 North Mecca Street in Cortland. Alternative address is 500 West Main Street.

We have more space than what we need right now so we are renting out storage for Classic Cars, Trucks, Boats, 5th Wheels, RV’s, Campers, SUV’s, Motorcycles, Toys of all types and sizes, Half-tracks, antique Mobile Missile Carriers and Wave Runners to name a few.

Storage Options
Standard Indoor Storage includes your spot during the approx. 8-month storage season. You are free to bring your vehicle in whenever you want and take it out whenever you want, but out/in privileges are NOT permitted.
Indoor Aisle Storage customers must remove their storage property no later than April 9th, 2027.
Indoor Aisle Storage is the first step to a regular seasonal spot! Once you are an Aisle Storage customer, you become first on the list for a regular season spot.
Indoor Aisle Storage is exactly that. Your asset is stored in the aisle. Once the regular season people are all moved in you fill the aisle. But you are also the first to move out so the regulars can then move out. Questions? Talk to Brian or Sharayah at 330-637-1176 #305.
Year Round Indoor Storage includes a spot for the year. Once you bring your vehicle in, you are then permitted to take it out during our normal business hours of 8 am to 4 pm Monday – Friday. You can then bring it in/out during the 12-month period as you need.

- It's recommended that your property be covered.
- Drip pans are recommended to avoid cleanup fee.
- Payment in advance and any overage time must be paid before property removed.
- Aisle Storage has a hard move out date of April 9th, 2027. Call 330-637-1176 ext. 305 for more details.
- A $35.00 (per cheque) fee will be charged for N.S.F. cheques.
Outdoor Storage Pricing
Rate: $25 minimum, plus $1 per foot after 20 feet
(Example: 25'=$30/month)
Move-In Fee: $10 one-time setup (covers gate access programming and account setup)
Access: 24/7 through secure automatic gate
Security: 6' fence + 1' barbed wire topper, camera surveillance, keypad entry
Billing: Monthly, tax additional
